On October 5th and 19th, O-Town Sound hosted Girl Scout Night. In all, we introduced 28 girls of all ages (plus their moms and leaders) to barbershop singing over the two nights. Many of the girls are members of the Citrus Council Girl Scout Chorus. The girls completed a list of activities as required to earn the Young Women In Harmony activity patch. On the 19th, we were also lucky enough to have a presentation by a young lady who is not only a Girl Scout, but is Miss Altamonte Springs' Outstanding Teen. She's the one in the sash and crown. The events were a rousing success and we hope to make this an annual event.
